Login Information You should have received an event confirmation message with the subject line: ASCRS 2021 Virtual Annual Scientific Meeting that will include your login information and link to the platform. Check your spam filters if you don’t see it or see below for your information.

•    Username: The email you used to register for ASCRS21 •    Password: Your ASCRS iMIS ID number (found in your member/customer profile)

If you can’t find the registration confirmation email message, simply go to www.fascrs.org and click “Login” at the top of the homepage. Enter your member/customer email address and password. Within your member/customer profile, locate your ASCRS ID number. Your ASCRS ID number is your meeting password.   If you can’t remember your www.fascrs.org login password, simply click “forgot password” and follow the instructions to reset your password. Once you’ve reset your password, log in and locate your ASCRS ID number.
