Follow the steps below on how to use the Food Data Type in Microsoft Excel to get calorie & nutrition facts:

Launch Excel spreadsheetHighlight the cells of the Food you want to look up.Click the Data tab and select the Food data type from the Data Types gallery.Click the Insert Data button on the right side of the cell & select an option from the menu.Whatever option you have selected will appear adjacent to the selected cells.

Launch Excel.

Create a table head titled Breakfast and Cholesterol.

Add some food names under Breakfast.

Highlight the cells under Breakfast.
